Management reserves the right to cancel, split or combine classes.
ENTRIES: $25 per class; b)Make checks payable to Diamond Creek LLC. c) Refunds before closing date minus $5 handling charge. NO REFUNDS AFTER CLOSING DATE; d) Negative Coggins within 12 months of show date MUST accompany entry; e) Date of show MUST be on the entry form; f) Entries postmarked or phoned in after the closing date will be charged $10 extra per class; g) $5 handling fee for each change made to a single entry after the closing
date; h)Illegible or incomplete entries may be returned. All entries must be typed or printed on an official entry form and must have original handwritten signatures.
AWARDS: Six ribbons per class.
STARTING TIMES: Available from secretary ONLY 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm two days prior to show at 908-328-2177. Please, include your email address on your entry form and the secretary will gladly email
your times one day prior to show to save you a call. Official times are those shown on the competitor packets the day of the show.
